Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally including Mexico or Canada. Most of our items are shipped utilizing ground freight through UPS although we may also use USPS for smaller items. Once your order is received and processed, in-stock items are normally shipped within 3 business days. Shortly after your order ships, you will receive an email confirming the details of your shipment including the freight carrier's and your tracking information. Please note that some shipping carriers require 24-48 hours to update tracking once a package has been picked up. Most orders will be delivered in 5-7 business days. Please note that delivery times vary due to many factors including weather, distance, accessibility, time of year, and rural vs urban settings. Shipping times are only estimated and not guaranteed.
Please note that our freight and shipping carriers deliver your equipment right to your driveway or the front of your residence. It is your responsibility to get your equipment into your home. The drivers and or representatives from the carriers cannot assemble or help you bring the product into your home. Your shipment is carefully assembled and leaves our dock in perfect condition. Upon arrival, please inspect for damage to your shipment or for any missing items before signing. Any damage to your shipment should be noted on the bill of lading for a claim against the carrier. Failure to properly inspect your shipment before signing off on the delivery limits our liability as well as that of the freight carrier.
At Bolt Fitness Supply, we are committed to your satisfaction! Therefore, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all of our equipment if you are unsatisfied for any reason. Simply return the product to our warehouse, in its original packaging, and condition for a FULL refund. However, we reserve the right to a 20% restocking fee on the condition of the equipment. Also, please note that you will be responsible for any shipping or freight charges associated with the return as well as any assembly labor charges you may have elected to purchase.

Please have your order confirmation email and/or your invoice number ready as a means to provide us with your Proof of Purchase. All returns must be approved prior to shipping the items back. Please return the items in their original packaging, in new condition, and on a pallet to avoid a 20% restocking charge that will be deducted from the remaining balance to be credited for the return. Please note that wear and tear from use may prevent your item from qualifying for a refund. Returned items will be evaluated to ensure new conditions before the final refund is processed. If an order is refused, the package is returned, or additional fees are incurred due to incorrect shipping information, improper packaging, or failure to follow the shipper's protocols, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs incurred, in both directions. Bolt Fitness Supply cannot accept return or refund requests after 30 days of the delivery date.
If you receive a defective product or see a quality issue in the first 7 days post-purchase, Bolt Fitness will refund the original purchase price and pay for return shipping:
1. Any quality issues with your item should be reported within 7 days of delivery.
2. Customers will be asked to provide photographs that provide a clear image of the quality issue in question.
3. Please be advised that defective products and photos providing proof must not be altered or modified in any way.
We guarantee that items purchased online at Bolt Fitness Supply are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of sale. We will repair, replace parts, or when appropriate issue a partial refund or exchange an item. The course of action that is pursued will be determined by Bolt Fitness Supply's customer service team.
1. If a repair is authorized it must be returned to us (freight prepaid, with proof of your purchase) during the 12-month period after the date of your original purchase of the product.
2. Items damaged from abuse, misuse, or overloading are not covered under our warranty.

Bolt Fitness Supply, LLC products are precision engineered with strength and durability in mind. Bolt Fitness warrants the original purchaser of the equipment a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to second hand equipment or resold equipment. The warranty varies depending on the type of equipment that is purchased. Please see the specific product for a detailed description of the warranty that pertains to that item. For example, wear items will have shorter warranties than steel items.
The maximum recovery under any claim against Bolt Fitness Supply, LLC shall be strictly limited to the purchase price of the defective part. Bolt Fitness Supply, LLC will not be responsible for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to, any consequential damages, incidental damages, damages for loss of time, loss of earnings, commercial loss, loss of economic opportunity, travel expenses, legal costs, or any other secondary costs. Should a dispute or a claim arise against Bolt Fitness Supply, LLC, this claim will be settled in Harris County, Texas. Texas law and applicable federal laws will apply and govern the dispute. Bolt Fitness Supply, LLC does not and has not authorized any person or entity to create for it any other obligation, promise, or duty in connection to any product that Bolt Fitness Supply, LLC sells.
